Design and construction of this substantial renovation and addition to an automotive repair and body shop in Mechanicsburg PA. The project consisted of a 5,500sqft addition which included a new office and a (8) bay shop.  Renovations to the existing building included demolition of the existing garage, pouring of a new concrete floor overlay and a new exterior.  The exterior facade of the building was designed to appear as three adjacent buildings to be more proper with the general architectural styling of the historic district of down town Mechanicsburg.  The building also contains a grey water system which collects rain water for its use in the shops industrial applications. One of the fundamental challenges of this project was completing the project on schedule while allowing the client to keep their business in operation during construction.  Construction was completed in November of 2012.
