In 2016, Carrefour wanted to convert its digital store specializing in electronics into a food and beverage ecommerce with a focus in mobile devices. 
The challenge
Plan, execute and lead an end-to-end design process to create an amazing mobile and desktop eCommerce experience with special focus on the new requirements of foods category, in collaboration with Marketing and eCommerce teams, into a 10-week design sprint.
Work
• UX research: Benchmarking, user problems, stakeholder interviews, user personas, and user testings as milestones.
• UX design: Collaborative design sessions with wireframes as weekly deliverables. Interaction design and usability heuristics.
• UI design: Visual proposals, and deliverables ready to develop.
