Sometimes film photography is unpredictable. You can’t see the photographs until it has been developed. For me this is the exciting part of shooting with film. 

Not knowing. 

The world is obsessed with photos and posting on Instagram. The photo has to be perfect. But what happens to the ones which didn’t turn out so great? They get deleted. You can’t delete photos on a film camera, this is why I love it. Shooting in film is a process that slows you down and focuses you to get that one shot. However this isn’t always the case.  

This is a collection of images that are: Over exposed, Under exposed, Out of focus, Accidental and Unusable. I find these photos more interesting, around one in six of my images come out like this. 

It is an opportunity to show my mistakes and showcase the “unworthy” photos.
