I wanted to combine my love for layout design with my love for digital design. To showcase my passion as well as incorporate a strong, visual representation of the URBN brands, I chose to create an app interface called “UO Connection”. This app is all about selling a customer-experience and a lifestyle to cons as opposed to actual URBN brand products.
I chose to incorporate an app that conveys different aspects of UO and URBN brands: store events across the country, brand inspired and sponsored concerts, giveaways and contests, and UO Spaces. This gives the user an experience while also showing the lifestyle that UO and URBN brands are selling with their products. It’s all about staying connected and up to date with different happenings throughout the brand, which dedicated consumers will see as appealing. The events pictured in my design are all events that have or already exist within URBN, it’s just a simpler way of creating a platform to present them.
