Factory Kitchen at The Venetian Las Vegas Is Now Open
Previously a vice president at Hedrick Brothers Construction, Brian Vanderburgh is the owner of VDB Properties, LLC. His company has completed several construction projects in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2018, Brian Vanderburgh was involved in the construction of The Factory Kitchen at the Venetian Las Vegas. The restaurant opened in December that year.

Distinctively Italian, The Factory Kitchen at The Venetian is a 152-seat restaurant that was designed by Architect Thomas Schlesser. It features rustic reclaimed wood tables and vibrant orange and forest green colors that have become part of The Factory Kitchen’s brand. Its light fixtures are adorned with rose gold and its perimeter is lined with grey banquettes, blending industrial detail with its earthy green tone.

The restaurant’s menu boasts rich Italian cuisine, prepared using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Highlights include focaccinas and house-made pastas. The Factory Kitchen’s wine list was created by Sommelier Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi to capture true Italian living. However, it also includes wines from other Western European countries. Its bar features simple artisanal cocktails that have strong texture and subtle acidity. Reservations can be made through the restaurant’s website.
