"Warning" Animated Music Video for Law Records.

The animated music video was inspired by the opening title sequence from Steven Spielberg's, Catch Me If You Can, designed by Kuntzel + Deygas. I had never animated an entire music video before, so I relied a lot on my experience and fundamental knowledge of animation to bring the story to life in Aftereffects. 

The band (and myself) are originally from Kona, Hawaii. We share similar life journey's. Both of us left Kona to pursue our passions out in the world. Both of us currently find ourselves returning to our origin's. For them it is returning to the sound they moved away from and for me it is returning to the medium I had left behind - drawing and animation.The video is a reflection of leaving home, traveling the world, changing in that process, and reflecting on past accomplishments only to return right where we started.
