Extended Stay America Identity
Challenge: Extended Stay America’s five hotel brands were not well known, despite having almost 700 locations across 44 states. How do we elevate the brand and become more visible to customers?
Solution: We consolidated all five brands under one brand identity and converted all 700 hotels with new signage, posters, key cards, vehicles, and employee uniforms. We also overhauled Extended Stay America’s website, mobile app, and marketing collateral.
