Pattern Design Inspired By Nature

 

When observing the "shell" of the goliath beatles in the Nature Lab, I noticed the pattern on them resembled ink blots. I created and arranged  my pattern based on ink blots I created.

Using the painted pattern, I edited it in Photoshop to create various new  motifs that were then put into a program I coded.
