Nyama choma is grilled meat, commonly eaten during special occasions like weekend fun day, family get together, weddings etc.

It is normally served with Ugali and kachumbari i.e vegetable salad. It is generally the men who do the grilling outdoors, while munching on the meat and chatting. Nyama choma is best paired with a few pints of the Kenyan beer, Tusker.
