Cricket asked Brightbird to develop a successor to its existing utility lighter with a more attractive design. A frequently asked question is whether a different design can truly make a product more successful? The answer is yes. A new appearance can make a product look more up to date, or appeal to a larger group of people. In this particular case we managed to combine a new look with improved ergonomics. The increase in demand has confirmed that a new design can make an incredible difference.
