To highlight Air Canada’s commitment to customer service excellence and its award-winning business class as voted by Skytrax in 2018, we developed a new integrated campaign focused on the business traveller’s journey.

The hero piece is a 60-second video that captures Air Canada’s commitment to fly every mile in their customer’s shoes by showing the seamless end-to-end experience of business travellers, from priority services and exclusive lounge access to onboard customer service excellence.

On top of OOH, web banners and social media presence, the campaign features eight different 15-second and 6-second video spots that immerse the viewer in the Business Class experience, each bringing to life one specific benefit. What we’re expressing here is that we’re not only making business travel a painless experience, but a travel experience to look forward to.
