when I shoot I don't care about aesthetics, I am so busy telling a story or a fragment of history that I am not interested in formal aesthetics. What is bad for one story is beautiful for another. That is why perhaps many beautiful women fall in love with ugly men: in history they want to live, they are wonderful.
