Learning on the Tee: Golf, Business, and the Pursuit of Leadership | Karsten Randolph

Karsten Randolph joined Shawnee Mission Health as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2014. Previously he served as Vice President of Finance/CFO for the Adventist Health System’s Appalachia Region and Park Ridge Health. In this capacity, he provided financial leadership and oversight to four hospitals in the Appalachia Region.

Prior to joining Park Ridge Health and the Appalachia Region, he held the CFO roles from 2003 to 2011 in Colorado and in Illinois; and in Controller roles from 1999 to 2003 in both Maine and Tennessee. Karsten has a CPA license in the state of North Carolina, holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Benedictine University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Andrews University.

In his free time, Karsten Randolph enjoys golfing and hiking.
