Realistic vector illustration

These are realistic vector projects that I worked on. The reference images are photograph of objects that I have taken in my daily life.

The first vector image illustrates a glass of condense milk coffee that is shot from up above. The reference image was the condense milk coffee that my grandma has every morning. It fascinated me how she always has the coffee in a glass cup, on a traditional flower pattern ceramic plate.

Since this project is my first work with illustrator. It took me about 45 hours of working, and rendering, especially those tiny bubbles in the coffee and their reflection on the glass cup.

This vector work illustrates a vintage camera on a half-glass wall background. The reference image is the photograph of my father's vintage camera. He displays the camera in his studio. It surprised me that this vintage camera still work well if needed to be used.

It took me about 40 hours of working and rendering this vintage camera in illustrator.
