I designed an app that allows you to open and close a door on command, leave it on a timer, and open when you are within a certain distance. The app is named iLock to resemble most Apple friendly systems. Once in the app you are greeted by a sign in page. I purposely kept the design for all the buttons simple and chose neutral colors to keep a minimalistic look while trying to reference that minimalistic Apple style. The app also includes a calendar function to keep track of your schedule and events. Wire framing the buttons to create a solid user interface was important to make sure all the buttons flowed and functioned properly. The end result was working app with a simplistic design.
