Gateway Runners Branding

Gateway Runners
The Gateway Trail is a paved trail that stretches a little over 18 miles, connecting St. Paul and Stillwater, The Gateway Runners is a fictitious running club and community that trains together on the trail for anything from long runs to intervals. Every year they host a race, "The Gateway Trail Run", in preparation for the Twin Cities Marathon.

The branding and environmental design features a badge logo that carries a feel similar to merit badges and is reminiscent of time well spent outdoors. The badge features graphic trees, a road, and sun that anyone familiar with the Gateway trail will be able to connect with immediatly. Teal and lime green are used to mimic the bright colors typically associated with running shoes.
