The idea behind this object, besides playing with words, is to stimulate people to donate some money to charity. Sometimes I think people are too avid about making money, but too lazy when it comes to help others, so, with this chair, they won´t even need stand up to do their good deed of the day.

The chair is already an icon in the Industrial Design world, so why couldn´t it become an icon of goodwill as well.

The possibilities are endless. It would look terrific in fund raising events, where rich people like to show their economic power, by competing with each other to know who is more benevolent. It would also look fabulous in one of those huge design fairs or inside wealthy people homes. Maybe this chair could spend two or three days inside each house of a fancy neighborhood.

Made with solid wood and plexiglass, this chair is not bullet proof, but it´s strong enough to discourage it´s burglary and avoid temptation.

Everything is valid, as long as, in the end, when it is fully loaded, it is handed to a serious charity institution.
