This production shop floor solution is designed for the build-to-order plastic sheet extrusion company that employs me. The is a redesign of the existing touchscreen solution I developed.
One key design change was the move away from static tabs along the top of the screen, to the vertically oriented "live tiles" that borrows from Microsoft's Windows Phone 7. This allows production operators to see what's going on in other tabs without having to repeatedly click through them for updates.
This is a LAMP based solution that interfaces with our LAMP based custom ERP system.
