WAREHOUSE RESIDENCE
The objective of the project is to renovate the space and change its function from industrial to residential and has to keep intact its factory or industrial look in a sophisticated way. To achieve this look, we keep the interior surfaces raw and unfinished. We use wood, metal, exposed bricks, re-purposing old tools, installation fixtures, and exposed metal light fixtures. By keeping this factory and industrial look interior design it creates a portal to the unique history of the building.
