SHRINE - A Preview for Salvage and Memory

SHRINE: A Study in Salvage and Memory
SHRINE is an upcoming installation being developed by Jasmine Rajavadee as the focus of an MFA degree for the University of Connecticut's Digital Media & Design department. It aims to be a playful exploration of the artist's personal memories as a Lao-American, drawing upon themes of recycling and reincarnation through character animation and projection mapping on cast-off materials.
Using special animations and real-life documentation, the video will hopefully let you get an idea of what the project is, why I'm making it, and maybe visit the shrines in person.

For more information and documentation on the SHRINE project, check out the project website!
