CSS3 Media Queries
Website for Lockyer Valley Regional Council. They wanted a flexible layout, yet rigid layout for wide or narrow windows. Using CSS3 media queries and JS to enable it for older browsers (being a regional council, IE6 was minimum spec), I got together a layout that re-arranges itself based on the width of your browser window.
This is a great example of PEGD (Progressive Enhancement, Graceful Degradation) using CSS3.
