description:
Developed area is located in very close to Old Town. Most representative portion is exposed towards the old part of town and the river Motława. Proposed buildings closely resembles the historic urban development. Close frontage with free yards refers to a classic planning system. Slender buildings are converted into modern housing units, and large yards on a two-level plaza with parking at the bottom and recreation area on the top. The project includes the location of the landscape dominant . These are two high buildings with a hotel function. There is also a restaurant witch great view of the old town and the shipyard. From the side of the river was designed wide promenade.
