is the identity programme and official website for the homonymic International conference hosted by the FPCEUC in Coimbra on June 13-14.
I was comissioned a bilingue poster and website to support the organization of the event.
To build its visual identity I took the ancient «Y» metaphor. I recall Parmenides once have said «there are two ways: one there is; and one there's not» and the «Y» alike has two stems so it can easily stand for the point of decision. Next, I did some paper cutting, came up with the Y and two opened doors. Lighted them up properly and captured not only the «point of decision» but the path leading to it. And the paths leading out of it so the ones who are to decide may take a proper decision.

Web support was setup using WORDPRESS.COM CMS platform and typography was fine tuned by some inline CSS.
