GS Retail is Korea's largest distribution company, providing services that closely match our daily lives, including GS25 CVS and GS supermarket. The client wanted to enter into a new business based on their ability to develop PB products that they accumulated for a long time. The area was a food and beverage delivery business. The client believed that they can cover the delivery demand for the 'good quality food' if they consolidate their own central kitchen, product manufacturing ability, and business operation ability. The remaining challenge was the development of clear target definitions and corresponding brand concepts.
