Ethics fordivision of duties
The degradation of the public meeting areas happenedfor two main reasons: few number ofglass collecting points and the difficulty to manage the mass bottles thrownaway; therefore itis quite difficult sometimes impossible to collect properly.
Glass trolley surpasses this impasse, through the division ofresponsabilities and duties of the whole consumption chain, starting from theproducer to the consumer, for the sake of the cleanliness of the zone.
Glass trolley:serial and variation
The project is composed of a minimum unity: glass trolley cancontain around 1/3 m 3 of glass (at least 250 bottles), for easytransport it moves on wheels. The project is based on the serial repetition ofthis clear shaped object; it gives birth to a dynamic and changing scenario: anintriguing landscape. It generates a lot of small collecting points, arrangedin homogeneous way in the whole area.
Glass trolley's sheath iscomposed of a recycled aluminium edge; inside, there is a perspex (acrylicresin) box removable and interchangeable, to contain bottles.
During thenight, bottles thrown away are periodically extracted, by changing innerperspex box, to enable to throw away other bottles.
Glasstrolley is closed on sides by plastic laminates panels ofvarious and garish colours, for a simple visual individuation.
The surfaces ofthese panels are cutted by holes that enable to see inside; through theseholes, the bottles become almost a macro-texture!
Sustainable process of glass disposal

Glasstrolley is not the true innovation; instead the innovation isin use metodology and in collect potentiality. It is based on partition insmall unities, easily manageable. This makes more flexible collection andstorage. In sustainableprocess of use and maintenance, glass trolleyis strongly innovative!
Modules are thoughtto be managed by bars and pubs, in number proportional to their sales (theme of“compensation” by privates, for the sake of community and artistic areas); barsand pubs are responsible of the correct use and maintenance of glass trolley; they can ask producers forsubsidies, based on proportional percentage of sales.
