乌达是马来西亚麻坡传统美食之一,以鱼肉泥和各种香料混合后,包入长方形的盒子售卖。据说因为长得像人脑,才会拥有马来语“Otak-otak"一名。拥有53年经验的乌达小姐始终最求「传统」与「用心」。从挑选材料到制作乌达过程,在整个过程注入了全部心思并且造就了现在这个老字号。而自古以来,马来西亚人有一个特别的习惯,就是喜欢用旧报纸来包装肉类及海鲜再放入冰箱冷藏。结合这个概念,乌达小姐也采用了这种怀旧包装,让购买的顾客能够再打开包装之后得以阅读里面的内容,包括自身的品牌故事以及相关食谱,让废物再利用。

Otak-otak is a fish cake made of ground fish meat mixed with tapioca starch and spices and it was widely known in Muar, Malaysia, Most of the otak-otak that can be seen in nowadays was wrapped in the banana leaf. However, there is another version which the otak-otak was packed as a frozen food as it can be eaten solely as a snack or with steamed rice as part of a meal. Having nearly 53 years of experiences of making Otak Otak in Malaysia, Cik otak-otak has maintained two important brand concepts, which are "Maintain traditions" and "Endeavour to serve the best for customer" which has sucessfully allow them to became one of the famous otak-otak brand in Muar. The packaging idea originate from Malaysia’s culture, whereby people from a period used newspaper to pack the frozen food. Therefore, the newspaper will be reuse and allow the people to read the brand story of Cik otak-otak and recipes when unfold the packaging.
