A I Robot
I gathered all of the parts of a deconstructed CD Rom and a few others and reassembled them on a computer tower side. The large parts are for the body and lesser parts are for the head and the smaller parts were used for the 3 D effects and details.
The face of A I Robot has a red cap for his tongue, he is being silly and sticking it out. A black frame for his jaw, a circuit board for his skull and a bolt and a camera filter lens for his eyes and for his superior vision.
I used curled small gauge wire for his hair because he insisted on being cute in a Robot kind of way.
The body of A I Robot is the C D Rom case and reversed top. A gold chain is implied to connect the gears and circuit board.  Flat wrenches are his arms and hands with a small screwdriver in one hand and a set of keys in the other to imply his ability to think and work.
Plyers server as his legs.
The round item on his upper left is a sink drainer, a camera lens cap, and a bolt to imply his source of light.
A large hammer nail with an orange cap serves as his hair clamp and audio jacks are his hair ribbons.
The blue switch is his turn off button, but don’t tell him that, I hope you like A I Robot, I made him user friendly.
Deconstructed CD Rom Drive
My deconstructed CD Rom Drive has bit the dust of course!  With little screws, wires and molded plastic frames, it came apart, little piece by little piece.
I created patterns of black, silver, and white.  Patterns with the screws, circuit boards, and frames.  I also gave the plastic and metal frames a three-dimensional effect by overlaying the pieces.
Good bye C D Rom!
