'The Exchangers' Web series

The Exchangers
As part of our graduating final project at James cook University. We decided to form a 7 person production team called 'Electric Harvest' and create a free web series. We designed and implemented an international viral marketing campaign that spanned the globe. Highlight advertising location were: the Eiffel tower (Paris), The Golden gate bridge (U.S), London, Brazil, Korea, Canada, Norway, Germany and Finland. As well as a comprehensive distribution throughout Australia.

Our production team consists of: Luke Taylor (Director), Alexandra Negar (Digital Illustration), Emma-Julie Jensen (co-producer), Peter Bullis (Digital Sound)
Vegard Bjørneset (Producer and creator), Luen Warnke (Cinemaphotographer) and myself (Photography, documentation and marketing).

The storyline concept centralizes around online social networks and political corruption, We utilized Many online social networks in out viral campaign and video hosting to coincide with the underlying theme. Essentially we wanted to create a series free for download for the public through a variety of avenues and involve as many people as possible, with the marketing campaign as well as interacting with various media types and participating int he viewing experience.

Results of the viral campaign are found at:
