London based designer Marie Grosjean’s Hot Chocolate Eggs will throw you right back into your childhood. Combining good quality chocolate with a fun visual effect the eggs allow you to make your own hot chocolate at home having a pleasant surprise waiting for you.

-This project was born out of my childhood's memories of an excellent home-made hot chocolate, trying to take the last drops of melted chocolate left in my mug with my fingertips, and then licking until the last crumb! The egg shape is quite symbolic for me. When I was a kid eggs were these fascinating objects I first experimented with creatively. I would touch it, paint it, break it, hide it…and of course eat it.-

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put your egg in a mug, pour hot milk over it, and then mix with your spoon.
While the chocolate is melting, you can enjoy the familiar scent of hot milk and chocolate catapulting you back to the good old days at home. A marshmallow will appear like an iceberg floating and melting in the mug. A delicious creamy cloud!

If you like you can spice up your eggs with chilli, ginger, almond flavouring or use white chocolate with a drop of rose water.
