Home to a number of restaurants offering all types of cuisines, The Venetian Resort provides a dining experience for guests of all tastes and backgrounds. Those looking for top-quality Italian fare will find it at The Factory Kitchen, a 152-seat trattoria-style restaurant serving traditional dishes.

The Factory Kitchen at The Venetian opened in January 2019. Architect Thomas Schlesser crafted the look of the restaurant, which is named after the Los Angeles street and building that houses the original restaurant location. Prominent restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi and chef Angelo Auriana are responsible for The Factory Kitchen's food. Noteworthy menu items include authentic regional specialties such as mandilli di seta and focaccina calda al formaggio.

Venetian Guests who prefer Asian cuisine will want to visit Mott 32, which also opened its doors in early 2019. In addition to a menu primarily featuring Cantonese dishes with some Szechuan and Beijing influences, the restaurant welcomes diners to a spacious, luxurious interior encompassing more than 11,000 square feet. Joyce Wang designed the space by combining elegant Asian elements with Vegas-style features. Mott 32's menu consists of traditional and modern cuisine highlighting duck, pork, beef, and seafood.
