Doctors can ask user for the Consultation feedback on email or directly after consultation in Clinic. The view is simple and clean not complex to ask him 10's of questions as earlier going.
Patient experience summary, it is visible to Support and Doctors for next scope, how much happy is patient with treatment and staff.
Family history, earlier this is like a stone age form, here it is revamped with some graphical representation, such that without reading & putting pressure doctor / patient can check mark this easily.

Patient summary, it's about the complete treatment summary of patient. How much appointment done, visited and missed. It's complete cycle, this single module is for Call center to track and ask on call for missed appointment and scheduled appointments. Doctors can easily see the patient summary chart on one go.
Patient social summary, well it's new into frame. Here doctors are interested to keep track of the stress level and social activities performed by patient. Since it's Homeopathy and doctors are considering all micro activities for the better treatment.
Patient treatment management, on taking complete consultation. At end, system will generate a user report. This report is treated as initial diagnosis and then Case history will be compared with this at end of complete treatment.
