For this project, I was assigned to create a movie poster for a fictional movie. The name of the fictional movie is called "Seoul Searching." The story is about a young 24-year-old female who hasn't figured herself out yet. She decides to take a spontaneous trip to Seoul, South Korea where she hopes to escape the hard reality of life back at home while taking time to explore a foreign country and herself. Along the way, she encounters a blue butterfly that seems to guide her to the right places at the right time to meet the right people. 

Through this project, I spent a lot of time with the Magnetic Lasso Tool. I used the tool to cut out the female and the blue butterfly on top of the movie title. I put drop shadows on the texts to help them stand out against the background. I blurred the background to bring more focus to the female.
