About a month ago we were in Indonesia capturing local farmers on rice fields. Those in the area of Jatiluwih in the middle of the island of Bali are almost 600 hectares big, and there are almost no one around. Sometimes you come across these ladies and gentlemen in pointy hats harvesting their part of the field. Early morning, a slowly rising fog spreads on the fields and the sun stretches through the clouds of yesterday’s storm. I had a chance to watch these farmers like every day, struggling with mud and water.
