Build your Graphic Design career
In my very first interview, a recruiter asked me, “where you could see your self in the next five years”. Actually, I ignored the question by answering a dumb answer. The career path of a designer is not so easy as you think. Personally, I have met a few designers who had the struggle in shaping career.

Most of the recruiter claims creative person won't stay long in the company. So, let jump deeper into this “Why we do frequent job change and how to handle it” Many of us had a frequent job change and we may have very interesting stories behind it. 90% of common reasons are Salary, Promotion, Politics, and Sober workflow.

Avoid temporary goals
I could see many young designers aim to work in big companies and a few years later they get saturated. Few get high pay to do a monotonous job. Creative jobs have a wider hierarchy, and scalability, so draw your career path with a broader vision and get clear on how you’re going to reach your goals. Work on your short-term goals which take 1–3 years to complete. Long-term goals take 3–5 years to do. As you succeed in your short-term goals, that success should feed into accomplishing your long-term goals.
ZKeep learning
Invest your time and knowledge in learning and experimenting new in design, Focus on the design process and design thinking which helps to boost your workflow and team productivity. Join a forum in the field that interests you and regular in it. Step away from your Ego and work neutrally with the work environment so that you can move ahead in your career path.

Ignore negativity
In the middle of your career, you may face people from different thoughts and behavior when you get distracted or felt inconvenience with such people don’t take it into personal you just need to ignore such a situation and person in future. Be transparent in your work, Communicate professionally, don't react in front of people and focus on your work.

Go the extra mile
When you feel you are done, take an extra effort in your work. Ask yourself every day “what you have tried new today” try out different perspective and approach in your design and the process. Not only professionally try any new hobbies which give you excitement.
