The first UnConference in Bologna, where 95% of the participants did not know the concept before. The subject we picked for the event was How Emergent Technologies Could Help Emilia Romagna Businesses.
We had over 100 participants from wide variety of roles, skills, and experiences.
Most participants enjoyed the event and asked us to organize a follow up.
DESIGN:
6 hours event. Carefully designed the first 2 hours with social ice breaking activities to create a collaborative and sharing spirit. It worked. The networking started immediately after.
