1531QCA Week 8 Brief - caelorum Presentation Board

 

For this week we had to create an A2 presentation board using InDesign for an interactive media project.

 

FIRST CONCEPT:

Unfortunately, upon exporting, I had realised the background image has a low resolution for print which would result in a slightly blurry print job. 

 

I was conflicted as to what colours to use for the text, as I felt using only white and teal was too plain - yet the stark black may be too imposing. I had thought to use a dark blue but the result looked similar to black regardless.

WIPs:

I underwent a long making process for this presentation board, initially starting with mapping the text as I felt for this project the text held a high significance. 

I tried different effects, layouts and had to change the initial grid layout a couple of times.

I had also experimented with different fonts - in retrospect perhaps a different title font could have been used.
