The brief 
Develop the communication strategy for the 2018 Christmas, reinforcing the claim "Give sport, Give Decathlon". Our goal is for the communication to reflect the sporting practice and capture the intrinsic emotionality that comes with it.

My mission as creative director was to manage the design process with the agency and Decathlon's internal team, the communication was implemented according to the products chosen by the sales department, and I made sure to maintain the brand's strategy and coherence, both visually and in terms of content in the different media.



Creative Racional 
There are many stories of athletes who have been marked for life by a simple gift in their childhood. From the soccer-mad uncle who gave you your first soccer ball, to the bicycle you received on Three Kings Day that became your inseparable companion ever since.

Key Visual 
A distinctive Key Visual was elaborated, incorporating the brand's characteristic colors and the official typography. 

The main objective was to establish Decathlon as a new brand in Mexico, bringing in the Christmas season with a vibrant blue, the brand's main color.

The strategic use of the logo served as a central element, reinforcing brand recall among users. To evoke the spirit of Christmas, charming details such as snowflakes, reindeer, and other elements evoking hand-knitted Christmas sweaters were integrated into the visual narrative.





Make use of multi-channel campaigns
A billboard campaign in combination with creative social media posts can boost the brand's name in the season, enhance the message, and reinforce brand recognition.

I was in charge of guiding the agency to create as a team a distinctive visual element that would capture the attention of the target audience and effectively convey the identity and message of the campaign.
