Falling Into Illusion
This student project is produced for the International Center of Photography School's, Digital Photography I course, as a Portfolio Project.
Students incorporate the skills and knowledge they gain through this course by producing a Portfolio Project at the end of the course, focusing on a single subject of their choice.
Artist Statement:
This project "Falling Into Illusion" captures the change of seasons by telling a story of a life cycle through the documentation of leaves and trees' reaction to their environment. The incorporation of illusion as a medium is the key element in narrating the story, bringing a different and a new perspective to an expected event (change of season).

Focusing on details, reflections and illusion are the prominent highlights of the photographs captured in the nature. The choice of color scheme is intended to heighten and evoke the emotions and feelings associated with fall season.
