Doctor P. S. Shih 是一位牙醫，也是活躍於牙醫界的講師，為了在每次的課程中呈現一致的形象品味，從個人醫療用品到課程贈品，也避免辛苦累積的案例與講義輕鬆地被盜用，因而希望建立一組極具個人特色的獨特個人識別。
在與客戶溝通後，決定擺脫牙醫常見的牙齒形狀作為形象素材。Dr. Shih活躍於國內外的牙醫活動，期許以東方文化的特色融入個人的形象，以跟西方講者們的形象做出明顯區隔。我們以Dr. Shih 名字中極具東方意象的“聖”字為基礎作為設計元素，將“聖”字的筆畫結合能夠代表東方廟宇的飛簷，保留“聖”字堆疊的橫筆呈現嚴謹的規矩，外圈的白框則象徵著臼齒俯瞰的形狀。除了特色以外，也考慮到極小的應用尺寸，就算雕刻在小面積的牙材上也可以有很好的識別性。
包裝外盒部分使用全白的方式搭配燙珍珠膜，呈現潔白乾淨的牙齒也能夠代表醫師明亮的形象，內盒則規劃了實用的收納空間，也大器呈現客制的不鏽鋼牙材盒，展現脫俗的個人品味。
Doctor Shih is a well known dentistry lecturer. While sharing case photos online, a set of distinctive personal identity is good for identification and good for steal-proof. A character of his name“聖”, means holy, is chosen as a basic element. Oriental architectural shapes are transformed into stokes, and the horizontal strokes are also mimicking the solemn structure.
The white rounded outline represents the upper shape of molar tooth which implies his profession. To maintain a neat and tidy feel, embossing white material and pearl foil are perfect to show spotlessly image of Dr. Shih.
