Little Arrows partnered with Vintank, a social listening platform for wine brands, to refresh the site's user experience and visual design from the ground up.
Strategy and Analysis
We began by untangling the complex functionality and navigation of the current site, which had been built by multiple parties over the course of several years. From there, we created options for restructuring the site's navigation to improve usability and clarity.
User Experience Design
After we agreed upon a revised navigation structure and hieracrhy, we created a detailed, 65 page design document that described every aspect of the stie's functionality, including future features that will be added progressively.
Visual Design
After the UX design was complete, we created two visual design options for the site. After we selected and refined the lead option, we created a Bootstrap HTML/CSS reference template with all the design elements ready to be copy/pasted into the site's live code.
