台灣社會由於工商業高度繁榮，職場人際關係的倫理議題，也成為公益組織與政府團體的社會 教育宣導議題。針對新鮮人如何因應職場人際關係，設計社會教育推廣圖錄，以幽默反諷的插 畫圖文創作，描繪出30個最常遇到的職場倫理教育情境，並結合推廣單位的推廣合作，運用整 合行銷彰顯職場人際關係的重要性。

As the commerce and industries in the society in Taiwan are highly prosperous, the ethical issues about interpersonal relationship at workplace thus become the issues of promotion for social education stressed by commonweal organization and government agencies. With the focus on how new graduates can correspond to the interpersonal relationship at workplace, the images for social education promotion were designed. 30 most common ethical educational situations at workplace were depicted with humorous illustrations and articles. Cooperating on the promotion works with the related sectors and agencies, the importance of interpersonal relationship at workplace was manifested by the use of integrated marketing.​​​​​​​
