Jacques-Ouellette School Foundation

Entirely devoted to preschool, elementary and secondary education for blind and visually impaired students, the Jacques-Ouellette School Foundation's mission is to bring together the resources to support the school's projects. We were mandated to establish the positioning of the brand and to design its visual identity. Inspired by Braille, we created a graphic system made of three symbols: knowledge, language and success. These symbols in transformation reflect the important aspects of this foundation which positions itself as an agent of change giving its students the opportunity to fulfill their potential and evolve despite their handicap.

Vouée à l'éducation préscolaire, primaire et secondaire des élèves aveugles et malvoyants, la Fondation de l'école Jacques-Ouellette a pour mission de réunir des ressources pour soutenir les projets de l'école. Nous avons été mandatés pour établir le positionnement de la marque et pour développer son identité visuelle. En s’inspirant du braille, nous avons créé un système graphique composé de symboles : la lecture du braille, la bibliothèque et l’escalier vers la réussite. Ces symboles en transformation reflètent les aspects importants de cette fondation qui se place comme un agent de changement permettant aux jeunes de s’épanouir malgré leur handicap.
