Everyone has met friend, family, neighbor or person who has physical or intellectual disability. Israel can get dressed, drive to work, practice Rugby, smile and dream. But he has motor disability, he doesn´t move his legs,he has weakness in his shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Israel is part of 10% in the world that he has a disability ( WHO 2010).
IMAGINA pursues to integrate people with physical disability in the daily life in an independent way. We focused on the objective and development of the “Fine Forceps” which removes picks up and adjusts objects, for example: keys, bankcard, paper, clip etc… The tool is not only a device but it’s also an extension of the body.
