This modern schematic design is created using straight geometrical lines; the structural elements play a huge role in the creation of an edgy elevation composition. Stone and wood walls are used to add an aesthetic layer to the interface design. The addition of the dark grey wall cladding is to balance the interface achieving a modern elevation. A distinctive color is used to differentiate the residential units from each other easing the circulation for residents creating directionality.
