The client now is old, cherishing a place to live for the rest of his life, where he wants a life immersed in nature, far away from the noise of the present life, peace and tranquility, blend with personal pleasures. The uncle & aunt, who were born and raised in Hung Yen, still possesses the cultural features of the North. Ten years ago, he wanted to build a house on stilts, but for many different reasons, that intention could not be fulfilled.

The land is located in a developing urban area, the population is increasingly crowded, the impact of noise and dust is increasingly invading the space. The mission is how to well solve the negative impacts of a developing society and satisfy the wishes of the client.

We are inspired by Northern stilt houses, combined with most natural materials, into the project as gently as possible; integrating into the whole garden with many levels of trees, lakes, different size of rocks to create a space like a green oasis in the heart of the city. So when entering that space will have the feeling of getting out of the inherent noise and dust.

Through the image of the project, we want to convey the emotions and spirit of the spaces we create for the client to everyone.
