I’ve been working as the Art Director and photographer of Anargol since 2012, taking care of the marketing and branding of Anargol products at Divar Studio.
During these years I have tried to make my own story for my photography projects and I get much of my inspiration from the past and the architecture of Iran. I make an effort to bring tradition and modernity closer to one another in my photographs .The other thing that is very important to me is the details. I set up everything then I change their arrangement until I reach the best result.
Some times I have a plan to take the photos and some times I don’t. As mater of fact, I let them happen at the moment. For instance, for the summer collection of 2014 I traveled to Kermanshah where my wife’s grandmother lives. When I entered her house, I saw a wrecked wall behind which there appeared another wall. It was great. And I thought this would be the background for my next project. In fact it was out of the blue but I always try to see these details.
