Cyrillic goes Latin - Type Specimen

A typographic journey through Ukraine

During my first stay in Kyiv and Lviv I was astonished by the amount of interesting and expressive typefaces I encountered in everyday life. In the following weeks i translated the lettershapes of three different examples of Cyrillic type I found to different latin alphabets.
Three different typefaces were the final result of my journey. The Mohyla Sans, Zabuta and Muzey - each of which trying to stick close to the character of the original source of inspiration.
