Sun Valley Vet Clinic, located in Phoenix, Arizona is created to be a safe and enjoyable place for pets and parents. The goal was to design a vet clinic that is a fun and animal friendly space with materials and furniture that are chosen to create a durable, cleanable, and pet friendly. The desert and midcentury design inspired the bold colors and textures used throughout the clinic. Oranges and Greens are pulled from the desert surroundings to make a statement with their bold contrast to the wood tones and clean lines. The layout is focused around keeping an organized flow between waiting areas, treatment rooms, and holding areas. This configuration reduces the anxiety within the pets and owners by creating distinct zones for each patient.
