How to really do what you’re going to do.

How to really do what you're going to do.
Often we promise ourselves to do something, but we don't.
The best way for me is described in the study of the British journal of Psychology and Health. 250 people were divided into 3 groups. In 1 group said to go to the hall for two weeks. Group 2 said the same thing, but also showed motivational videos about the benefits of training. This group was called motivated. In group 3, they said the same thing as the second, but in addition to that they filled in the gaps in this sentence: I will do at least 20 minutes of exercises in ___(place) in ___(time) . This group was called the intention of implementation.
The results of this experiment showed that in group 1, 38% of people trained at least once a week during these two weeks, in group 2, only 35% trained at least once a week for the same two weeks, and finally in group 3, 91% of people trained at least once a week during these two weeks.
The experiment showed that the intention to implement is very effective. Now hundreds of such studies have been conducted, confirming this fact. The intention of implementation is one of the most effective ways to force yourself to do something.
Don't wait for the right moment. This method is not extremely effective, because in most cases this moment does not come. However, when you write when and where you will do the task, chances are you will do what you wanted.
The decision to go to the gym, for example, takes more willpower than just the process of training.
Repeat - write the task, time and place. Make it as detailed as possible.
