TRICKS100 DEVELOPMENT - DECATHLON SKATEBOARDING

DECATHLON SKATEBOARDING TRICKS100 DEVELOPMENT
MAKING SKATEBOARD TRICKS ACCESSIBLE
The goal of this project was to design a product that could help skaters during their trick learning process. Indeed, ollie, pop shuvits or kickflips can take a lot of time to learn and can discourage you pretty fast if you don't get quick results.
An easy way to learn tricks faster is to block/stop your wheels and to practice on a flat concrete. This way you will still get pop (unlike on grass) and you can focus on your trick instead of focusing on not falling and keeping your board steady.
The innovative product I came out with is a really easy to set up TPU part that you can clip onto the inside part of your truck (one hand only needed). The two legs will ensure a tight fit in any condition, making sure the TRICKS100 won't come off during use. The wheels of the truck where the TRICKS100 is installed won't actually touch the ground, stopping the board from rolling and making tricks easier. The urethane is hard and strong enough to accompany you throughout the whole trick learning process.
And also, two parts are enough for any tricks!
This product is the result of more than 50 prototypes, using a few different technical solutions. Every part of the TRICKS100 has been tested several times to ensure the best design possible and the most unique user experience.

I'm really proud of the TRICKS100 because it is an innovative product with a unique look that can help a lot of skaters at an affordable price!
